Sessions take place over Zoom or by phone, whichever feels most comfortable for you. We meet privately, one to one, and I share your chart on screen so you can follow along and ask questions as they come up. You’ll receive a recording of our conversation to keep.
Not at all. Most clients arrive knowing very little, and that is perfectly fine. I explain everything in plain language and keep the focus on your life rather than the terminology. Curiosity is the only requirement.
An exact birth time isn’t strictly required. We can still explore a great deal from your date and place of birth, and I’ll be honest with you about what a session can and cannot cover without it. If you can find the time on a birth certificate, even better.
Absolutely. I always ask whether you would like your consultation recorded. The choice is entirely yours; if you choose a recording, you can revisit our conversation and insights afterward.
